Santa's Village 
Santa’s Village is the Empty Stocking Fund's toy distribution center for residents of DeKalb and Fulton counties (residents of all other counties are served through their local DFACS office). Each year, parents and guardians of children from birth to13 years of age living at or below the poverty level come to Santa’s Village to select gifts for their children.

Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sundays: Closed

The Empty Stocking Fund is facing a new and extraordinarily difficult challenge. In April we learned that the building where our distribution center has been located for more than 15 years was under contract to be sold and that we would have to relocate Santa’s Village.
Our ability to use the facility at no cost for multiple years significantly reduced the administrative burden of identifying a new facility each year and communicating the change to our volunteers and recipients. In turn, this cost savings enabled us to significantly increase the overall quality and educational value of the items we offered.
Although we are confident that we will be able to secure adequate space for this holiday season, our ability to continue doing what we do is heavily reliant on our ability to secure an affordable, long-term solution. We need a 25,000 sq. ft., secure and climate-controlled warehouse with ample parking, loading dock access and public restrooms available. Ideally it will be centrally located and accessible via MARTA.

Distributing gifts for tens of thousands of children from Santa’s Village requires a great deal of planning, careful coordination and the assistance of more than 1,000 volunteers over a three-week period. Volunteering at Santa’s Village takes a lot of energy, but is an incredibly enjoyable and rewarding experience. It is an excellent teambuilding experience for corporate or civic groups looking for a way to come together and spread some holiday cheer.
